MAIN MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS
Removing the fairing (fig. 42)
To be able to carry out some service or repair operations,
it is necessary to remove some parts of the fairing.
Warning
Failure to refit or incorrectly refitting one of the
E
parts removed might cause it to suddenly come off while
the vehicle is running, thus making the rider lose control
of the vehicle.
Removing the headlight fairing
Loosen and remove the two fastening screws (1) on the
headlight support.
Note
Make sure to collect all check nuts of the screws
(1), that are inside the headlight fairing.
Remove the headlight fairing (2).
