• Scanning the configuration barcode
• Opening the configuration web page will cause a browser security warning. This can be
ignored because only the BD Veritor™ Plus Analyzer is connected to the network.
• Display icons indicate the connection state:
• The BD Veritor™ Plus Analyzer will display the following message if an error occurs:
• Timeout behavior
• Erases any previously stored wireless network configuration data
• Turns the BD Veritor™ Plus Analyzer into a wireless network access point with
a network name and password based on the serial number.
• Antenna symbol ( )
• Displays when the BD Veritor™ Plus Analyzer attempts to connect to the
network.
• When the connection has been established, the number of bars turned
on represents signal strength.
• Envelope icon ( )
• Displays when data is ready to be transferred.
• Flashes when data transfer is in progress.
• Turns off when the data transfer is complete.
• When connected to the power supply, the analyzer will turn off automatically
after 60 minutes. If the configuration is not completed within that time, the
process can be restarted by scanning the configuration barcode.
• When not connected to the power supply, the analyzer will turn off automatically
after 15 minutes. If the configuration is not completed within that time, the
process can be restarted by scanning the configuration barcode.
