3 Prepare BD Synapsys™ Informatics Solution
3.1 Log into the BD Veritor Device Registration Portal
1 Open the invitation in your email inbox from synapsys@bd.com with the subject line: You have
been invited to use BD Synapsys™ Veritor Self-Registration.
2 Copy or note the provided temporary password.
3 Select the invitation link received in the body of the email.
4 Enter the BD Synapsys™ Laboratory Solutions serial number.
5 Select Verify to confirm the serial number.
a If the serial number is correct, the account is validated, and the BD Veritor™ Device
Registration Portal login page will open.
b If the serial number is not correct, re-enter the serial number. After ten unsuccessful attempts,
contact BD to obtain a new email link.
6 Enter the username (email address) and temporary password.
7 Reset the password when prompted. The new password must be a minimum of 15 characters
long and include a capital letter and special character (!,@,#,etc).
3.2 Register a BD Veritor™ Device
1 In the BD Veritor Device Registration Portal, open the Device Management tab.
NOTE
The link expires after 14 days.
