- aggressive solvents (aceti c acid, citric acid etc.)
24. 2 General informati on
• The surfaces to be cleaned and the detergents and water used for cleaning must not exceed a
maximum temperature of 30°C.
• Dry the surfaces with a soft cloth

Fragile surfaces, glass. Dents, scratches, corrosion, wounds, broken glass
DO NOT aim the jet directly at the varnished or plasti cised surfaces
DO NOT apply the detergents directly onto the surfaces to be cleaned
DO NOT use steam cleaning equipment
Do not use excessive force
DO NOT bring the jet too close to the dirt. This may cause injury to the operator and con-
taminate parts that have already been cleaned, as well as the environment.

24. 3 Cleaning of the outer parts (Daily/Weekly)
Clean all external parts of the cabinet every week. See "General instructi ons" chapter 24. 2.
24. 4 Clean the internal parts (Monthly)
Refer to chapters 24. 1 and 24. 2 and proceed as follows:

remove all items from the cabinet and place in a suitable locati on to maintain the same stor-

remove all the removable parts, such as display dishes, grid trays, etc.

wash with lukewarm water (max 30°C)
4
clean with an anti bacterial detergent
carefully clean the bott om tray, the drip, and the grid that protects the water drain, eliminat-

ing all foreign bodies that have fallen through the sucti on grid lift ing the plate of the fans

carefully dry using a soft cloth.

Should you noti ce ice built up, call a specialized technician.
24. 5 Clean the honeycomb (every 6-8 months)
Step
1
remove the screw that secures the honeycomb support

remove the honeycomb
3
follow the steps given in chapters 24. 1 and 24. 2
4
reassemble the honeycomb completely dry, at the same angle
24. 6 Clean the longitudinal sliding closures
Refer to chapters (chapter 24.1.), (chapter 24.2.), (chapter 24.5.) and proceed as described:
