4. 3 For the environment
Provisions

conditi oning, heati ng and venti lati on systems
of the point of sale
• protect the goods against sunlight.
4. 4 For use
Provisions
• work with cauti on and diligence.
• always use the PPE (personal protecti ve
equipment) provided for, chap.3.
• perform maintenance on a regular basis.
• all interventi ons needed on the cabinet should
be performed by a specialised technician.
• check the drainage of defrost water (unclog
the drains, clean the fi lters, check the siphons,
etc.).
• dispose of defrost water, or water used for
washing, through the sewer system or purifi ca-
ti on plant in compliance with the laws in force.
The water may come into contact with pollut-
ants due to:
- nature of product,
- any residue,
- accidental breakage of packaging containing
liquids
- use of improper detergents.

The upper part of Perth 6P is fi tt ed with low-emissivity glass hinged doors.

ing system outlets aimed directly towards the
cabinet openings
• Limit the temperature of the irradiati ng sur-
faces that are present in the sales area, for ex-
ample, by insulati ng the ceilings.
• DO NOT exceed the ambient temperature and
humidity values indicated in chap.8
• the ambient air velocity near the openings of
the cabinets must NOT exceed 0.2 m/s
DO NOT install the cabinet near doors,
windows, air conditi oning systems, etc.

edge on the use of the cabinet, who cannot
use the cabinet safely without supervision or
instructi ons, who are not sober or who are under
the eff ect of drugs.
