Error message
Description
Derating: Tempera-
The inverter cannot feed the grid at full power because the maximum per-
ture > 30 min
missible internal temperature has been reached. This state has now existed
for more than 30 minutes.
Derating: 10 min-
The inverter cannot or may not feed the grid at full power because the
utes average value
average output voltage over a period of 10 minutes has been outside the
> 30 min
permissible tolerance range for over 30 minutes.
Derating: External
The inverter has received an external signal via the communications inter-
(e.g. Power Co.)
face and is currently feeding the grid at reduced power. This state has now
> 30 min
existed for more than 30 minutes.
Time/date not set
The time and/or date have not been correctly set at the inverter. The in-
verter operates without restrictions but the measurements are not correctly
stored in the internal data logger.
Option card fault
The communications card inserted into the inverter has signalled an error.
The communication to the outside world is possibly interrupted but the
inverter is otherwise operating without restrictions. Check the communica-
tion. The communications card may need to be reset (remove the card,
wait a minute and then re-install the card).
No grid feed for
The inverter has fed no power into the grid for at least 4 hours.
4 h
Grid fault (island-
The output voltage between two or more phases of the inverter lies
ing)
outside the permissible tolerance range. The inverter switches off for safety
reasons.
Tab. 6:
Inverter error messages
1)
Note the number of the affected inverter shown in the error message.
)
Possible causes:
-
Internal communication fault
-
Maximum permitted feed-in temperature exceeded
-
Conductor breakage in power unit
3)
Startup current limiting is active: 10 minute pause after more than 5 startup attempts in the last 15 minutes.
