Installation of conduit for cold lead
The conduit for the cold lead should be arranged such that the connection between heating cable and cold cable is
fully embedded in the slab.
In case of asphalt installation, the cold leads should be protected by a suitable conduit pipe (suitable to 240°C short
terms) and its ends sealed so that asphalt does not seep in. Take the cold lead of the cable through conduit pipe into
the junction box.
