Lay out and fixing of heating cable

Set the heating cable spool on a reel roller.

Position the heating cable (with cold lead

connection installed) out to the point of the
power connection.

Working from the cold lead connection, fix the

heating cable to the reinforcing mesh at
100 mm intervals using cable ties (KBL-09).
At the end of a straight run, turn the cable 180

degrees and run the cable in the opposite at the
desired spacing.
Continue to fix the heating cable to the
reinforcing mesh at 100 mm intervals, until the
cable is completely attached and the desired
surface is appropriately covered.
