Operation
The backflow preventer must be fully functional during operation.
7.1
Automatic operation
The system is in automatic operation, if there are no errors
detected and the operating LED (1) is illuminated in green.
The wastewater pump is switched on and off in accordance
with the wastewater level.
7.2
Alarm statuses
System tank too full alarm
If the level in the system tank exceeds the alarm level
(float switch), the alarm is triggered, the alarm LED (2)
flashes and a signal tone is generated. The wastewater
pump is running.
This alarm status cannot be acknowledged, it is only
switched off after successful pumping off. The acoustic
tone can be switched off (press the alarm button briefly).
Power supply failure alarm
If the power supply fails, the green operating LED (1)
goes out after a second, the alarm LED (2) flashes and a
repetitive signal tone is generated. The wastewater pump
can no longer be switched on.
If the power supply returns, the control unit no longer indi-
cates this alarm condition and the system runs in auto-
matic operation once again.
