
Achtung!
Die "Sicherheitstechnische
Unterweisung von Mitarbeitern",
3 842 527 147 ist durchzuführen!
Vor Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Wartung
und Instandsetzung ist die Betriebs-
und Montageanleitung, vor allem die
Sicherheitsvorschriften zu lesen und zu
beachten.
Durchführung der Arbeiten nur
durch geschultes, eingewiesenes
Fachpersonal!
Alle Sicherheitsabdeckungen, die bei
Wartungsarbeiten entfernt wurden,
müssen vor der Inbetriebnahme wieder
angebracht werden!
Elektrische Anschlüsse nach der
entsprechenden nationalen
Vorschrift. Für Deutschland:
VDE-Vorschrift VDE 0100!
Vor allen Instandsetzungs-,
und Wartungsarbeiten sind die
Energiezuführungen (Hauptschalter,
Druckminderventil etc.) abzuschalten!
Außerdem sind Maßnahmen
erforderlich, um ein unbeabsichtigtes
Wiedereinschalten zu verhindern,
z.B. am Hauptschalter ein
entsprechendes Warnschild
"Wartungsarbeiten",
„Instandsetzungsarbeiten" etc.
anbringen!
Die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
der KU 2/90, KU 2/180 ist der
Kurventransport des Werkstückträgers
WT 2 ohne Staubetrieb mit kleinem
Streckenabstand im Rexroth-
Transfersystem TS 2plus.
Max. zulässige WT-Last 70 kg.
Max. zulässige Gesamtlast der KU 2/90,
KU 2/180 100kg.
Die KU 2/90, KU 2/180 ist nicht
begehbar!
Die KU 2/90, KU 2/180 ist durch
den zusätzlichen Einbau einer
Staudruckminimierung, bestehend aus
Wippe WI /M , Vereinzeler VE 2 und
entsprechenden Pneumatikbauteilen
bedingt staufähig!


Read and observe the operation,
assembly, and above all, the safety
instructions before installation, initial
operation, maintenance and repair.
Work may only be performed by qualifi ed
and specially trained personnel!
All security coverings that have been
removed during repair works have to be
reinstalled before start up!
All electrical connections must be
made in accordance with the applicable
national regulations. For Germany:
regulation VDE 0100 (VDE, German
Association of Electricians)!
The power must always be switched off
(at mains switch, pressure relief valve
etc.) before maintenance and repair
work!
Take precautions to prevent inadvertent
restoration of power, e.g. by hanging
a suitable warning sign at the mains
switch, such as:
"Maintenance work in progress" or
"Repair work in progress"!
The KU 2/90, KU 2/180 is designed for
the curve conveying of the WT2 pallets
in the Rexroth TS 2plus transfer system
without accumulation operation and with
short section distances.
Max. permissible WT load 70 kg.
Max. permissible KU 2/90, KU 2/180
overall load 100kg.
Walking on the KU 2/90, KU 2/180 is
not permitted!
Avoid accumulation on the connection
roller, since this will lead to wear on the
workpiece pallet.
The KU 2/90, KU 2/180 can be used for
limited accumulation operation with the
additional installation of an accumulation
pressure minimizer, consisting of
WI/M rocker, VE2 stop gate and the
appropriate pneumatic components!

Attention !
Il faut procéder à l'initiation technique
du personnel en matière de sécurité
(3 842 527 147).
Avant l'installation, la mise en service,
la maintenance et les réparations, lire et
respecter les instructions d'utilisation et
de montage, et surtout les consignes de
sécurité.
Les travaux ne doivent être effectués
que par des personnes agréées et
compétentes !
Avant la mise en service, remettre en
place tous les carters de sûreté enlevés
pour les travaux de maintenance !
Les branchements électriques doivent
être conformes à la réglementation
nationale. Pour l'Allemagne : norme
VDE 0100 !
Avant d'effectuer des réparations ou
des travaux de maintenance, couper
l'alimentation en énergie (interrupteur
principal, manodétendeur etc.) !
D'autre part, prendre toutes les mesures
nécessaires pour éviter une remise en
marche accidentelle, en apposant par
exemple près de l'interrupteur principal
un panneau d'avertissement « travaux de
maintenance », « réparations » etc. !
L'utilisation conforme de la KU 2/90,
KU 2/180 est le transport à courbe
de la palette porte-pièces WT 2 sans
accumulation avec une distance courte
entre les sections dans le système de
transfert Rexroth TS 2plus.
Charge WT maximale autorisée 70 kg.
Charge totale maximale autorisée de
KU 2/90, KU 2/180 100kg.
Il est interdit de marcher sur la KU 2/90,
KU 2/180 !
Il faut éviter les accumulations sur
le rouleau de liaison parce qu'elles
entraînent l'usure de la palette porte-
pièces.
La KU 2/90, KU 2/180 peut être utilisée
pour l'accumulation restreinte avec le
montage supplémentaire d'une réduction
de la charge d'accumulation composée
d'une bascule WI/M , d'un séparateur
VE 2 et de composants pneumatiques
appropriés !
