
Einbaubeispiel 1:
KU 2/90 mit AS 2/C-100 und UM 2/C-
60, an Streckeneinheiten SE 2/C

1 An der Umlenkseite der KU 2/90 je
einen Profi lverbinder 3 842 529 881
stirnseitig in T-Nut der UM 2/C-60
einschieben.
2 An der Antriebsseite der KU 2/90 je
einen Profi lverbinder 3 842 529 881
stirnseitig in T-Nut des Antriebs
AS 2/C-100 einschieben.
3 Beim Antrieb AS 2/C-100 vordere
Kettenkastenhälfte entfernen.
4 Streckeneinheiten SE 2/C
an KU 2/90 heranschieben,
Profi lverbinder 3 842 529 881über
den Stoßstellen vermitteln und mit
Innensechskantschlüssel SW5,
Anzugsdrehmoment M =15 Nm

befestigen.
Hinweis:
Die Funktion dieser Kombination
AS 2/C-100 / UM 2/C-170 an der
Übergangsstelle ist nur für WT 2 mit
 240 mm gewährleistet!


5 Beim AS 2/C-100 vordere
Kettenkastenhälfte wieder
anbringen.
Hinweis:
Nach dem Zusammenbau der Anlage
alle Baueinheiten, rechtwinklig und
achsparallel zueinander ausrichten!
(Vorgehensweise siehe Seite 12)
Nach dem Ausrichten die Anlage
mit Fundamentwinkelsätzen und
Bodendübeln am Boden verankern!
(Vorgehensweise siehe Seite 13)

Installation example 1:

KU 2/90 with AS 2/C-100 and
UM 2/C-60, on SE 2/C conveyor units
Fig. 12:
1 On the return end of the KU 2/90,
push a profi le connector
3 842 529 881 each into the
T-groove at the front side of the
UM 2/C-60.
2 On the drive side of the KU 2/90,
push a profi le connector
3 842 529 881 each into the
T-groove at the front side of the
AS 2/C-100 drive.
3 Remove the front half of the chain
box from the AS 2/C-100 drive.
4 Push the SE 2/C conveyor units
onto the KU 2/90, center the profi le
connectors 3 842 529 881over the
joining points and attach with the
SW5 hex socket key,
tightening torque M =15 Nm.

Note:
The function of the
AS 2/C-100 / UM 2/C-170 combination
at the junction is only guaranteed for
 240 mm!

WT 2 with l
T
5 Replace the front half of the chain
box on the AS 2/C-100.
Note:
After the system has been fully
assembled, align all components at right
angles and parallel to the axis!
(See page 12 for procedure)
After alignment, anchor the system to the
fl oor using the foundation bracket kits
and fl oor dowels!
(See page 13 for procedure)

KU 2/90 avec AS 2/C-100 et UM 2/C-
60, sur unités de section SE 2/C
Fig. 12:
1 Introduire sur le côté du renvoi de
la KU 2/90 une jonction de profi lés
3 842 529 881 chacune dans la
face avant de la rainure en T du
UM 2/C-60.
2 Introduire sur le côté de
l'entraînement de la KU 2/90 une
jonction de profi lés 3 842 529 881
chacune dans la face avant de
la rainure en T de l'entraînement
AS 2/C-100.
3 Retirer le demi puits à chaîne avant
de l'entraînement AS 2/C-100.
4 Pousser les unités de section
SE 2/C sur la KU 2/90,
placer la jonction de profi lés
3 842 529 881sur le point d'impact
et la fi xer avec la clé pour vis à six
pans creux SW5,
couple de serrage M =15 Nm.

Remarque :
Le fonctionnement de cette combinaison
AS 2/C-100 / UM 2/C-170 sur l'endroit
de jonction est garanti seulement pour
 240 mm!

WT 2 avec l
T
5 Replacer le demi puits à chaîne
avant de l'entraînement AS 2/C-
100.
Remarque :
Après le montage de l'installation, aligner
tous les composants les uns aux autres,
à angle droit et parallèlement à l'axe !
(voir page 12 pour la manière de
procéder)
Après l'alignement, ancrer l'installation
dans le sol avec les jeux d'équerres de
fondation et les chevilles de sol !
