The damage guarantee does not cover the following:
Any damage arising from the use of purification agents and any other
•
automatic disinfecting system not approved by Aqualux.
Any damage caused by cleaning products not marketed by Aqualux, or by
•
incorrect use of chemical products.
Any modification to the electrical, mechanical or plumbing systems, or
•
overdose of chemical products.
Any damage arising from the presence of rodents or insects.
•
Any damage related to ground movement or non-observance of spa
•
installation instructions (presence of a concrete slab on stable ground).
Any damage related to infiltration of water in the structural framework of
•
the spa.
Any damage to the bath caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight.
•
Any deterioration to the spa when filled with hot water.Any deterioration to
•
spa equipment related to the use of water filtered through a water softener.
Any deterioration to mechanical linings following dry operation of the pumps.
•
Any damage caused by the use of aromatherapy products not
•
commercialized by Aqualux or non-observance of recommended doses
(over-dosing).
Damage caused by freezing. (Water temperature less than or equal to 0°).
•
No repairs or replacements carried out under guarantee can result in any prolongation
of the said period of guarantee.
Under the terms of this guarantee, the sole obligation placed on AQUALUX is
replacement or repair free of charge, as AQUALUX sees fit, of the product or element
found to be defective by the competent AQUALUX department. All other expenses
(disassembly, emptying, refilling, heating, assembly, etc...) are the responsibility of the
purchaser.
To benefit from this guarantee, all the products concerned must be forwarded
beforehand to the AQUALUX after-sales department, whose approval is essential for all
replacements or repairs.
The guarantee does not cover visible defects. Does cover defects or damage caused by
normal wear and tear, defects resulting from faulty assembly and/or misuse, or any
modifications made to the product without the prior written approval of AQUALUX.
Legal guarantee: provided that the purchaser is able to provide proof of a hidden defect,
the seller is required by law to make good all the consequences thereof (article 1641 et
seq. of the French civil code). If the purchaser brings a claim before the courts, he must
do so in a short time from the date at which the defect is detected (article 1648 of the
French civil code).
