8.4. Disassembly, cleaning and re-installation of jets
We advise you to clean the jets at the time the spa is emptied. If it is necessary to clean
the jets between times, you can also do this when the spa is full, as long as the pumps
are stopped.
Turn the jets, without forcing them, in an anti-clockwise direction up to the
•
stop.
Continue to turn them in the same direction, using slightly more pressure,
•
until they come out of the fitting. Do not force the jet if it does not come
out. You risk breaking it.
Exert a slight pulling pressure to release the jet from the fitting.
•
Soak the jets in a solution made up of one part vinegar to two parts hot
•
water for a few hours.
From time to time, turn the nozzles to detach any debris that has
•
accumulated.
Rinse the jets under running water.
•
Replace the jet in its fitting.
•
Turn the jet clockwise until you feel that it is in place.
•
Pull the jet gently to ensure that it is fitted correctly.
•
Continue to turn the jet clockwise until the holding mechanism is in place.
