10. Guarantee
No guarantee is offered for spas used for commercial purposes. This guarantee only
protects the initial purchaser of the spa. The purchase invoice must be forwarded with
any claims under guarantee.
The company AQUALUX:
- guarantees the bath of the spa for five (5) years, from the date of delivery, against any
water leakage due to a defective structure.

- guarantees the internal coating of the shell against any denting, cracking or peeling for a
duration of five (5) years, from the date of delivery.

- guarantees for two (2) years from the date of delivery against any manufacturing or
material fault in electrical components (i.e. pumps, blower, control board, heater,
control panel, ozone generator and L.E.D projector).
- guarantees the integrity of the framework for two (2) years from the date of delivery.
- guarantees the cladding for two (2) years from the date of delivery.

The guarantee does not apply to damage caused during the installation of the spa after
reception.
- guarantees for two (2) years from the date of delivery against any manufacturing or
material fault of the plumbing components (pipelines, jet sockets, valve sockets, etc...).
The internal components of jets, valve handles and other visible components require
regular maintenance and are excluded from this guarantee. The guarantees applying to
the moving parts of hydrotherapy jets and related components will be cancelled if
damage is caused by the incorrect use of chemical products.
Also, this guarantee does not apply to the spa cover, head rests, filter cartridges, fuses,
pump seals, light bulbs, cladding screws or the different covers and panels.
