9. Breakdown / error messages
The control panel of your spa is set to warn you of any spa malfunctioning.
The messages on the panel are rapid indicators, which help in the resolution of
numerous problems. Here are the most common messages and their meanings:
If the screen does not display any message, this means that the power supply to
the spa is cut off. The control panel is therefore disabled until the power supply is re-
established. However, the settings are kept until the next time the spa is powered.
This means that the temperature is completely unknown
has not yet been operating for 2 minutes. This is only displayed during the two minutes
following spa powering.
has detected a water temperature equal to 48°C inside the heating device. The bath is
therefore stopped.
"Overheat", water overheating: One of the sensors has detected water
entering the heating device at a temperature of 43.5°C. The water in the spa is therefore
likely to be at least at this temperature.
These two symbols indicate that the spa has stopped due to overheating
into the water. Remove the cover and allow the water to cool.
Reinitialize the spa by pressing any button. If at any time the spa does not reinitialize,
switch of the current and contact your spa dealer.
Remark: Overheating may occur if the low speed pump is in operation for long periods

or if one of the pumps is incorrectly installed in the system. In rare cases, pump 1 at
filtration speed (low speed) may also cause overheating (in hot climates).
A list of the most probable causes giving rise to error messages is given below:
Check that the valves are open.
•
Clean the filter.
•
Check that there is no debris on the heating element.
•
When the weather is very hot, check that there is adequate ventilation in
•
the compartment.
Check that the temperature sensor is completely inserted in the sensor
