Air filter
A blocked air filter reduces the engine performance, the cutting efficiency,
and increases fuel consumption.

Cutting dry wood and working in a dusty environment require the filter to
be cleaned more often.
a) Remove the filter cover (fig. 45) by unscrewing the knob.

Lift the filter (fig.46).

Separate the two halves (fig.47) by using a screwdriver (if required).

Blow with compressed air from the inside to the outside.
b) Replace the filter if damaged (warped and/or split).
c) Install the air filter and filter cover in the reverse order.
Fuel filter
Fuel filter can be removed (through the refueling hole fig.48) by using a hook
and by holding it with long nose pliers.
