•
To carry out the connection the cover must be removed by hand before undoing the 4 x
CHC M5 screws.
•
Insert the cable into the tapered threaded hubs.
•
Connect wires S1, S2, S3, S4, R1, and R2 to the terminals provided for this purpose.
-strip the wires on 3 mm
-crimp the terminals with appropriate tool : Molex hand crimper n°0638190000 with wire gauge

AWG 20-24 (0.5-0.2mm
-Insert the terminals into housing according to EX300U outline drawing)

Carry out the possible shielding continuity using the faston 2.8 x 0.8 as shown on the
diagram.
•
Connect wires U, V, W, ground using the Faston 6.3 x 0.8
•
Connect wires TH-, TH+ (BR-, BR+ in the event there is a brake) to the terminals provided
for this purpose.
•
Information : will be delivered with the motor the terminals for crimp wire to wire AWG20-24
(0.5-0.2 mm2-n°43030) and the receptacle n°43025-1200 from Molex.
Before Closing the cover back up, take care not to damage the o-ring seal located on said cover.
Tighten the 4 x M5 screws on the cover to 5.6 N.m. torque. Connect the external ground connection
using the M4 screw located on the rear flange ( tighten to 2.5 N.m. torque).
Servomotor rotation direction: provided the recommended cabling has been followed, a positive speed
instruction for the servoamplifier will result in clockwise rotation when viewed from the drive shaft side.
