1. Standard UL1004 (Electric Motors)
2. Standard UL 674(Electric Motors and Generators for use in Division 1
Hazardous (classified)) Locations.
3. Local state regulations, decrees, orders, laws, directives, application circulars,
standards, trade practices, and all other legal documents concerning the
installation site.

It is designed to be used in gaseous explosive atmospheres: Class I,Division 1,
Groups C&D.
Make sure that the information shown on the manufacturer's plate is compatible
with the explosive atmosphere in question, the area it is to be used in, and
ambient and surface temperatures. Equipment must be installed by qualified,
competent and empowered personnel.
