Refrigerant tank scale calibration
check
The refrigerant tank scale is calibrated at the factory.
You can perform a calibration check to determine the
accuracy of the R134a scale.

Before performing the calibration check, ensure
that the ACS 651/751 is positioned on a horizontal,
vibration-free surface.
1. In the main menu select "ACS
2. Select "Maintenance" → "R134a Calibration
Check".
3. Select "Start Calibration
4. Attach the calibrating weight (Fig. 24, Pos. 2) to the
neck (Fig. 24, Pos. 1) of the R134a cylinder.

The part number of the weight is F 002 DG3 4RD.
5. Select "Place Standard Weight".
6. The option "Calibration Check" is automatically
selected.

If the message
played, the calibration check is complete and the refrig-
erant tank cylinder does not require calibration.
7. Press E.
8. Press c thrice to return to the main menu.

played, the refrigerant tank sensor has to be calibrat-
ed. Contact customer service to perform calibration.
