Check for blockage in the vehicle A/C system
Check for blockage in the vehicle A/C system.
R Empty the used oil bottle.
R Perform scale reset
R Weight limit reached. Reduce quantity of refrigerant in internal refrigerant cylin-
der.
R Load cell is defective. Replace the load cell.
R Check if the used oil bottle is disconnected. If the bottle is disconnected, con-
nect the bottle.
The pressure is greater than 1400 mbar while vacuuming
R Press "Yes" to continue the recovery.
R Press "No" to abort the operation.
R After 24 hours, use the UV torch to detect the leakage in the vehicle A/C system.
Leakage detected in the vehicle A/C system.
R Repair the vehicle A/C system.
Contact customer service.
The pressure is greater than 1400 mbar while recharging.
R Perform recovery
The pressure is greater than 900 mbar while recharging.
R Perform vacuuming
R Oil quantity is less than 30 ml. Refill the oil.
R Reset the fresh oil bottle scale

R Check if the fresh oil bottle is disconnected. If the bottle is disconnected, con-
nect the bottle.
R Check for blockage in the
hoses.
R Check for oil load cell.
R Replace the load cell.
The pressure is greater than 1400 mbar while recharging.
R Press "Yes" to continue the recovery.
R Press "No" to abort the operation.
The pressure is greater than 800 mbar while recharging.
R Press "Yes" to continue the vacuuming.
R Press "No" to abort the operation.
R UV dye quantity is less than 30 ml. Fill the UV dye bottle.
R Reset the UV dye bottle scale.

R Check if the used oil bottle is disconnected. If the bottle is disconnected, con-
nect the bottle.
R Check for blockage in the ACS 651/751.
R Check if quick couplers are open.
Fill the internal refrigerant cylinder
R Check if HP and LP quick couplers are open
R Check the HP and LP service hoses for blockage
R Fill the internal refrigerant cylinder (see chapter 4.10)
R Check the connection to the high pressure switch
R Check if the hose connection to the blue valve on the cylinder is open.
R Check for blockage in the LP hose.
