Mounting Torque-Resistant
Compact Linear Bushings in
housings
Part number: R0720
• Mounting preparations ! 4.1
• Basic lubrication ! 4.2
• Chamfer (2) or round off (3) the hous-
ing bore (1).
• Clean the housing.
• Oil adjusting screw (4) and lock
screw (5).
• Check that lock screw (5) turns easily
on the adjusting screw (4).
• Check that adjusting screw (4) turns
easily in the thread (6). Remove any
burrs from thread runout, if neces-
sary.
• Remove transport packing from the
linear bushing.

Do not knock linear bushings
into place with a hammer!
• Insert linear bushing (7) in the hous-
ing (8) by hand.
• Align countersunk steel load-bearing
plate (9) with the thread (6) in the
housing.
• Align one ball guide groove (10) with
the mark (11) on the identification
block of the linear bushing.
• Insert shaft, taking care not to tilt
it (12)!

Montage des glissères
roto-résistantes compactes
dans les paliers

• Préparation du montage ! 4.1
• Lubrification avant service ! 4.2
• Chanfreiner (2) ou arrondir (3) l'alé-
sage du palier (1).
• Nettoyer le palier.
• Huiler la vis de réglage (4) et la
contre-vis (5).
• Vérifier que la contre-vis (5) se visse
facilement sur la vis de réglage (4).
• Contrôler que la vis de réglage (4)
peut facilement être vissée dans le
filetage (6). Le cas échéant, ébavurer
l'extrémité du taraudage.
• Retirer la cale de transport de la
glissière.

Ne pas introduire les glissières
en frappant dessus avec un marteau !
• Positionner manuellement la glissière
(7) dans le palier (8).
• Aligner le segment lamé (9) dans le
trou taraudé (6) du palier.
• Aligner une rainure (10) en fonction
du repère (11) de la glissière.
• Emmancher l'arbre sans le bloquer
(12) !

Montare i manicotti a sfere

• Preparare per il montaggio ! 4.1
• Lubrificazione di base ! 4.2
• Smussare (2) o arrotondare (3)
l'imboccatura del supporto (1).
• Pulire il supporto.
• Oliare la boccola filettata di registra-
zione (4) e la controvite di bloccaggio
(5).
• Controllare che la controvite di bloc-
caggio (5) si avviti liberamente nella
boccola filettata di registrazione (4).
• Controllare che la boccola filettata di
registrazione (4) si avviti liberamente
nel foro filettato (6). Se necessario,
eliminare le bave agli smussi del
filetto.
• Togliere dal manicotto a sfere l'inser-
to usato per il trasporto.

Non inserire i manicotti a sfere
battendo col martello!
• Posizionare a mano il manicotto a
sfere (7) nel supporto (8).
• Orientare l'inserto in acciaio (9) nel
supporto in modo da far coincidere
la svasatura col foro filettato (6).
• Allineare una gola di rotolamento
sull'albero (10) con il tratto inciso
(11) sul lato siglato del manicotto
a sfere.
• Introdurre l'albero facendo atten-
zione a non inclinarlo (12)!
