Mounting with hollow screw
• Chamfer (2) or round off (3) the hous-
ing bore (1).
• Clean the housing.
F Closed Super Linear Bushings h
have a central retention hole (4). This is
preferred and this is where the hollow
screw (5) fits. The hollow screw (5)
serves both to retain the linear bushing
and for in-service lubrication.

Closed Super Linear Bushings h
for shaft diameters 25 to 50 have a
further off-center retention hole (6).
Do not use this hole unless absolute-
ly necessary!

Do not knock the linear bushings
into place with a hammer!
• Insert linear bushing in the housing
by hand.
• Align the retention hole with the
tapped hole in the housing (7).
c
Use only Rexroth hollow screws!
F Hollow screws can be ordered.
When doing so, please always state the
part number.
• Insert hollow screw (5) and tighten
to tightening torque M
.

• If separate seals have been ordered,
align them and press them in.
• If necessary, install further retention
elements.
F Linear bushings that have been
securing with hollow screws can be
relubricated through the hollow screws.

Montage avec une vis à six pans
creuse
• Chanfreiner (2) ou arrondir (3) l'alé-
sage du palier (1).
• Nettoyer le palier.
F Les douilles à billes Super h fer-
mées possèdent un trou de fixation
centré (4). Ce trou est utilisé de préfé-
rence. La vis à six pans creuse (5) est
adaptée à ce trou. La vis à six pans
creuse (5) sert à la fixation de la douille
à billes et à sa lubrification en service.

Les douilles à billes Super h
fermées pour les arbres de 25 à 50
possèdent un trou de fixation sup-
plémentaire excentré (6). Eviter
d'utiliser ce trou !

Ne pas introduire les douilles
à billes en frappant dessus avec un
marteau !
• Introduire les douilles à billes dans
le palier à la main.
• Faire concorder le trou de fixation
et le trou dans le palier (7).

N'utiliser que des vis à six pans
creuses Rexroth !
F Les vis à six pans creuses peuvent
être commandées en indiquant leurs
références.
• Introduire la vis à six pans creuse (5)
à la main et la serrer au couple de
serrage M
.

• Aligner et introduire les éventuels
racleurs en appuyant dessus.
• Le cas échéant, utiliser d'autres
fixations.
F Les douilles à billes fixées par
vis à six pans creuses peuvent être
lubrifiées par l'intermédiaire de ces vis.

Montaggio con vite cava
• Smussare (2) o arrotondare (3) l'im-
boccatura del foro nel supporto (1).
• Pulire il supporto.
F I manicotti a sfere Super h chiusi
hanno un foro di fissaggio (4) che si
trova al centro. Viene data preferenza
al medesimo. Qui è posizionata la vite
cava (5). Con la vite cava (5) viene fis-
sato il manicotto a sfere e rilubrificato
durante il servizio.

I manicotti a sfere Super h chiu-
si per alberi di diametro da 25 a 50
hanno un altro foro di fissaggio (6)
che si trova non centrato. Se possi-
bile, non usarlo!

Non inserire i manicotti a sfere
battendo col martello!
• Inserire a mano i manicotti a sfere
nel supporto.
• Allineare il foro di fissaggio con il
foro del supporto (7).
c
Utilizzare soltanto viti cave
Rexroth!
F Le viti cave possono essere ordi-
nate indicando il loro numero identifi-
cativi.
• Avvitare la vite cava (5) e serrare con
la relativa coppia di serraggio M
• Se previsti, inserire gli anelli di tenuta
separati premendo.
• Se necessario, apportare altri fis-
saggi.
F I manicotti a sfere assicurati con
viti cave possono essere lubrificati tra-
mite le medesime. ! 4.2 + 7.4
