REMOTE ASSISTANCE (ONLY WITH PXTEL BOARD INSTALLED)

This function enables you to receive remote assistance (phone) about the system from the Installer . Depending on how it has been pro-
grammed by the Installer, remote access can be direct (low security but greater flexibility) or with prior authorisation (high security, but the
User must be present on site) .
If you need assistance contact the Installer .

Remote assistance is enabled only when the system is completely off .
m
Launching remote assistance authorises the Installer to access the system configuration remotely .
m
The installer can do the following remotely:
Consult the events .
Change the configuration .
Simulate system management as if he/she were on site .
m
Remote accesses are saved in the events memory .

To carry out a test of the areas and check the open inputs:

Access the User menu by pressing the control unit's
key for 5 secs, followed by the User code .

To receive remote assistance by phone, you must make a call to the
Installer's service centre:

Phone your Installer to inform him that remote assistance has
been launched .
