No failure notification is made on the reader .
If you have a display keypad, make sure the Installer has in any case set up failure notifications via telephone or SMS .

Managing system via TELEPHONE CALL

VOICE GUIDE

The voice guide is a useful tool for managing the system remotely through a telephone call .

ACCESS TO VOICE GUIDE

There are two ways to access the voice guide:
Call the system by phone .
The system calls our phone and we go into the guide via key

There are rules protecting remote access to the system depending on how it is programmed . Find out more about the limits and
access options from the Installer .
Before accessing the voice guide you will be asked for identification through entering the User Code on the telephone keypad .
To interrupt the call just put down the receiver or press the # key twice .

SKIP VOICE MAIL SERVICE

Where there is a voice mail service or other automatic answering device that kicks in before the security alarm control unit, to access the
voice guide you need to ask your Installer to enable the "Skip Voice Mail Service" function .

Call the system number .
2 .
Hang up on the first ring .
3 .
Call back within 1 minute; the control unit will answer straight
away .

Enter the User Code .

If the User Code is made up of less than 6 digits, the missing
digits must be replaced by stars (*) .
