Direct Flame Select
Select the flame level from Low, Med, and Xtreme.

Probe Set Temperature
Select the probe set temperature using the slider or the +/-
buttons. Set temperature can be set from 68 to 250 degrees F.

Probe Alarm
If enabled, probe alarm turns on the audible alarm once a
probe reaches temperature.

Warm Mode
If enabled, warm mode changes the grill set temp to 180 when
a probe reaches temperature.
