4. Unscrew the fixing screw of the toothed washer anticlockwise.
5. Unscrew the nut and blade pin (3).
6. Remove the blade pin and the mobile blade (1).
7. Unscrew the 3 fixing screws of the anvil (2).
8. Replace the Anvil (2) and retighten the 3 screws.
9. Oil the hole and the inner side of the Anvil (2).
10. Fit the mobile blade (1): insert the blade fulcrum pin and position the mobile blade on the connecting rod. Lock it
by inserting pin and snap ring.
11. Tighten the blade fulcrum nut with a torque of 0.3 Nm.
12. Fit the toothed washer and tighten the locking screw.
13. Refit the guard and fix it with the 2 screws.
WARNING!
Blade and anvil (2) can be replaced separately. Do not worry about the blade (1) positioning operations. The
blade will put itself in the right position after switching on the tool at the end of the replacement.
Adjusting the blade closing
The degree of closure of the blade can be adjusted by turning the extension pole.
