Montage nach kompletter Wartung
Nach der Reinigung, bzw. nach dem Einbau eines
Ersatzteils wie folgt vorgehen:
Hexagonale Lagerscheibe in den Rotorraum fallen
lassen (1).
Die Lagerscheibe muss mit der geschlitzten Lagerseite
nach oben ausgerichtet sein (2.1) (evtll. Rütteln, bis die
Scheibe korrekt ausgerichtet ist).
Rotor in den Rotorraum stecken (3), danach mit
kräftigem Druck des Handballens auf den Propeller den
Rotor einrasten lassen (4) (evtll. Handtuch verwenden,
um Verletzungen an der Hand zu vermeiden).
Schnappt der Rotor vor dem Erreichen der stabilen „Soll-
Position" zurück, ist die Lagerscheibe falsch positioniert
(2.2). Deshalb entweder durch Rütteln des Motorblocks
oder durch erneutes Hineinfallenlassen in den Rotorraum
die Lagerscheibe richtig positionieren.
Falls dies nicht zum gewünschten Ergebnis führen
sollte, verfahren Sie wie im Kapitel „Justieren der
Magnetlagerung". Die richtige Position des Rotors ist
gewährleistet, wenn er leicht gedreht werden kann und
radial keinen Kontakt zur Rotorwand hat.
Mounting after complete servicing
After the cleaning, or after the installation of a replacement
part, proceed as follows:
Drop the hexagonal bearing disc into the rotor
compartment (1).
The bearing disc must be aligned with the slotted bearing
side upwards (2.1) (if necessary, shake the unit until the
disc is correctly aligned).
Insert the rotor into the rotor compartment (3), afterwards
apply excessive pressure to the propeller with the ball of
the hand in order to snap the rotor into place (4) (possibly
use a towel to avoid injury to the hand).
If the rotor snaps back before reaching the stable "target
position", the bearing disc (2.2) is incorrectly positioned.
Therefore, correctly position the bearing disc either by
shaking the motor block or through a repeated dropping
into the rotor compartment.
If this doesn't yield the desired result, follow the procedure
described in the chapter "Adjustment of the magnetic
bearings". The correct position of the rotor is achieved, if
it can be turned easily, and doesn't come into any radial
contact with the rotor wall.
Remontage après un entretien complet
Après un nettoyage ou après un replacement de pièces,
procédez comme suit:
Insérez le palier coquille hexagonal (1).
Ce palier doit être positionné avec sa partie incurvée
et rainurée vers le haut (2.1) (secouez le moteur pour
positionner le palier dans le bon sens).
Insérez le rotor dans le puits du bloc moteur (3) et appuyer
fortement avec la paume de la main sur l'hélice jusqu'à
l'enclenchement complet (4) (utilisez éventuellement un
torchon pour éviter le contact avec l'hélice tranchante).
Si le rotor rejaillit directement de son logement, le palier
coquille est certainement monté à l'envers (2.2). Pour
cela, repositionnez le palier en secouant le bloc moteur
ou en laissant retomber une nouvelle fois le palier coquille
dans le puits du rotor.
Si le positionnement s'avère trop difficile à réaliser,
suivez les instructions de la partie Réglage du palier
magnétique. La position correcte du rotor se vérifie
lorsque sa rotation est aisée et qu'il ne touche pas les
bords du bloc moteur.
