10.2 Lifting onto the roof
You can pull the collector onto the roof over a ladder. To do this,
place a rope around the collector frame.
Never secure the rope to the collector connections.

10.3 Fixing the collector
Install the collector in accordance with the installation instructions
for the fixing system being used.
Damage to the appliance and the environment
If there is strong sunlight, the collectors should be cove-
red with opaque material before commissioning.
10.4 Making the collector connections
Interconnect the collectors. The collector connection on the left
side has a male thread, and the collector connection on the right
side has a union nut.

10.5 Fitting the collector sensor well
The correct connection of the collector sensor is crucial to the
correct function of the solar thermal system.
Assemble the collector sensor well at the collector flow, which is
the warmest place of the collector array.

5 Heat conducting paste

f Coat the collector sensor of the control unit with heat
conducting paste.
f Insert the collector sensor into the collector sensor well until
it bottoms.
f Secure the sensor lead, with cable ties for example.
Never adjust or twist the fitted connections.
