BATTERIA ED ATTENDERE IL
RAFFREDDAMENTO DELLA
STESSA.
Solo personale addetto alla ma-
nutenzione, precedentemente
addestrato, può intervenire sulla
macchina.
Ventilatore: Verificare la stabilità
della girante e tutta la bulloneria
di fissaggio.
Motore e trasmissioni: Verificare
l'assorbimento del motore, (v.
tabella Motori). Verificare l'in-
tegrità delle cinghie di trasmis-
sione, se necessario sostituirle
(annotare la sigla).
Batteria: Pulire l'alettatura della
batteria con un getto di vapore
o aria compressa. Per rimuove-
re eventuali incrostazioni fare
uso di spazzole non metalliche
o agenti chimici appropriati.
Attenzione: Le batterie, se
esposte a temperature inferiori
a +4°C, possono gelare. È ne-
cessario prevedere misure pre-
cauzionali per prevenire questo
rischio.
Quando si prevede che la tem-
peratura ambiente possa scen-
dere al di sotto dei +4°C, per
evitare la rottura dei tubi degli
scambiatori, si prescrive che,
una volta svuotate le batterie del
loro contenuto di acqua, si prov-
veda ad introdurre nella stessa
una quantità di glicole pari al
30% (quantiità minima) del vo-
lume interno degli scambiatori.
Vaschetta raccogli condensa e
sifone: Effettuare una accurata
pulizia alla vaschetta usando
detersivi appropriati. Controllare
che la condensa defluisca rego-
larmente attraverso il sifone.

PLEASE DETACH THE
APPLIANCE FROM THE
POWER SUPPLY. INTERRUPT
THE BATTERY SUPPLY AND
WAIT UNTIL THE BATTERY
HAS COOLED DOWN.
Only qualified and previously
trained technical personnel
is authorized to intervene on
the appliance for maintenance
operations.
Ventilator: Please check the
stability of the impeller and all
the fixing bolts.
Motor and transmission: Check
the motor input (see the table
"Motors"). Make sure that the
transmission belts are in per-
fect state. If necessary replace
them. (please take note of the
code number of the belts).
Battery: Clean the ribs of the
heat exchange battery with a
jet of steam or compressed air.
Eventual scales are removed
with non-metallic brushes or
suitable chemical agents.
Attenzion: If the batteries are
exposed to temperatures of
less than +4°C they can freeze.
Please take adequate precau-
tions against this risk.
If the room temperature may
fall below +4°C, to prevent the
pipes in the exchangers from
breaking, the coils should be
drained of water and then filled
with a quantity of glycol equal
to 30% (minimum quantity) of
the internal volume internal of
the exchanger itself.
Condensate
collection
and siphon: The tray has to
be throughly cleaned with the
right detergents. Make sure
that the condensate is regularly
discharged through the siphon.
