- Mount the water pump impeller (6Nm/Loctite243).
- Mount the water pump cover (1) with the new water pump cover seal (inclu-
ded) (10Nm).
- Mount the foot brake lever (2).
- Position the distance sleeve (3) (included).
NOTE:
The small diameter of the distance sleeve faces outward.
- Position the kick starter lever (4) (included), mount the special washer 8mm
(included) screw (5) (included) and tighten (25Nm, Loctite 243).
Further assembly steps for Kick-Start Kit Solo
- Remove the seat.
- Remove the filter box cover.
- Remove the air filter.
- Disconnect and remove the battery.
- Remove the battery box.
- Disconnect the plug-in connections (6) and mount the Kick-Start wiring
harness (7) (included).
