- Press in the shaft seal ring 17x28x7 (1) (included) and grease the shaft
seal ring.
- Slide the outer clutch hub (2) onto the gearbox main shaft. Turn the oil
pump gear (3) until the gearing of the outer clutch hub engages.
- Slide on the stop disk (4) and inner clutch hub (5).
- Position the new lock washer (6) (included) and mount the nut (7). Hold
the inner clutch hub (5) using special tool 59029003100 and tighten the
nut (100Nm, Loctite 243).
- Secure the nut with the lock washer (6).
- Mount the clutch discs (see the repair manual).
- Mount the pressure piece (see the repair manual).
- Position the pressure cap (7) and mount the screws (8) with the springs
and washers.
NOTE:
Tighten the screws diagonally (10Nm).
- Position the new clutch cover gasket (9) (included).
- Mount the clutch cover (10) (10 Nm).
- Mount the outer clutch cover (11) with the seal ring (10Nm).
A 3x HH collar screws M6x20 (10Nm)
B 10x HH collar screws M6x25 (10Nm)
C 2x HH collar screws M6x40 (10Nm)
D 2x HH collar screws M6x45 (10Nm)
