- Mount the ratchet wheel spring 1.4mm (1) (included).

- Apply a small amount of grease to position (A).
- Mount the thrust washer DIN0988-16X22X01 (2) (included).
- Insert the premounted kick starter shaft and hook the kick starter spring
(3) (included) into the hole (4).
- Mount the kick starter lever and check the function of the shaft (Figure
D
B).
Hold the gear wheels to prevent them from disengaging from their mounting
when the kick starter is turned.

- Remove the kick starter lever again.
- Apply a small amount of grease to position (C) and position the stop disk
17.2x24x1 (5) (included).
- Thoroughly clean the sealing area (D).
- Remove the lock ring (6) and take off the cover (7).
