Counting with tare
Refer to Paragraph 2.5.
When a Tare weight is active, the letter "N" appears on the display.
Preferred reference scales function
The preferred scales can be selected in Setting mode (470.702.103 User mode
3720  UCAL 8 Position 02).
When the Count function is activated, the equipment switches automatically
from quantity scales to preferred reference scales, the reference weight is
calculated, then it switches back to quantity scales. If the Count function is
activated on the preferred reference scales, it always switches automatically to
quantity scales after calculating the reference weight.

3.3 Piece quantity check

The Count program must be activated before entering the control values in the
piece quantity check program.
Counting
The Count function is activated by pressing the Count button.
The display message "Add XXX" (where XXX=number of reference pieces)
prompts you to add a number of reference pieces.
The Function key can be pressed repeatedly to change the reference quantity
for light reference pieces in steps of 1/2/5/10/25/100.
The arrow keys (Tare / Function key) can be used to adjust the reference
quantity upwards or downwards.
Add the reference pieces and confirm with the Print button.
