3.2 Counting

The smallest reference piece weight is a minimum 10% of the smallest scale
division on the scales.
The Count function is activated by pressing the Count button.
The display message "Add XXX" (where XXX=number of reference pieces)
prompts you to add a number of reference pieces.
The Function key can be pressed repeatedly to change the reference quantity
for light reference pieces in steps of 1/2/5/10/25/100.
The arrow keys (Tare / Function key) can be used to adjust the reference
quantity upwards or downwards.
Add the reference pieces and confirm with the Print button.
Then place the required number of pieces and read off the piece count.
Displaying the weight value and piece weight
In Count mode, you can press the display selection key for a rolling indication of
the current weight value and piece weight.
The display mode with weight value and reference piece weight is identified by
a flashing triangle at the REF symbol.
Displaying the piece weight
In Count mode, you can display the piece weight by pressing the Info button and
then the Count button. Press the On/Off button to exit.
You can change from Count mode to weighing mode using the CL button (if the
CL button has been activated in Setting mode) or the ON/Off button.
Piece count totalling
In Count mode, you can store the count value in the totalizing memory by
pressing the Plus button.
A full totalizing memory is indicated by the sigma character (Σ).
