Metering rates
The reproducible metering accuracy is approximately ± 3 % under invariable conditions.
Accurate metering can be achieved by complying with the following points:
• All metering output data refer to water at 20 °C, as well as to constant supply voltage and
with the metering pump operating at normal running temperature.
• If there is pre-pressure on the suction side, the pressure difference between the suction
and pressure side must be at least 0.1 MPa (1 bar). The water column on the metering
pump must be protected by an appropriate valve arrangement.
NOTE
A pressure maintaining valve or a metering valve is not a shut-off device with a total seal.

Metering rates depending on back-pressure and the configured metering
quantity
Setting accuracy + 15 % - 5 % of the rated value, all data are relative to water at 20 °C and in
accordance with the instructions in this user's manual.
