Step 4: assembling the handlebar
Attach the handlebar (8) to the handlebar post (72) and secure it with the tube spacer (10) and the knob
(11).
Pull hand pulse cable (6) through the hole in the handle bar post (72).
Step 5: assembling the saddle
Remove the three washers (15) and three nuts (16) from the bottom of the seat.
Attach the seat (13) to the seat support (14) and secure with three washers (15) and three nuts (16).
Attach the seat support with the seat to the seat post (21) and secure with the washer (19) and knob
(20).
