Per smontagomme imballati in cassa sono necessarie alcune
operazioni:
1) Munirsi dei seguente materiale:
9 N. 1 Chiave esagonale CH 12
N. 1 Chiave esagonale CH 13
N. 1 Chiave esagonale CH 17
N. 1 Chiave a tubo CH 8
17 N. 1 Trapano elettrico
N. 1 Punta da muro del diametro mm 13 tipo lungo

N. 4 Tasselli metallici 13 x 50

N. 4 Viti da tasselli M 8 x 50
2) Posizionare il palo ribaltabile (1, Fig. B) nell'apposita sede

sulla carcassa (2, Fig. B) avendo cura di inserire il tubo pneu-
matico (3, Fig. B), nel foro rotondo più grande (vedi fig. B).

3) Inserire il perno (13, Fig. B) sul palo ribaltabile come mostrato
in Fig. B e fissarlo mediante le viti (14, Fig. B) interponendo le
rondelle (15, Fig. B).

4) Collegare il perno (18, Fig. B) del cilindro di ribaltamento al
palo (1, Fig. B) utilizzando la vite TE (17 Fig. B) e serrando co n il
dado autobloccante (16, Fig. B).
5) Togliere la fiancata sinistra (6, Fig. B) svitando le 2 viti (4, Fig.
B) e collegare il tubo pneumatico (3, Fig. B), proveniente dal
palo, al raccordo a T (5, Fig. B).
6) Rimontare la fiancata sinistra (6, Fig. B) e serrare le 2 viti di
fissaggio (4, Fig. B).
7) Rimuovere il lubrificatore (7, Fig. B) svitando le 2 viti (8, Fig.
B).
8) Montare la protezione in plastica (9, fig. B) e fissarla median-
te le 4 viti autofilettanti (10, Fig. B).
9) Rimontare il lubrificatore (7, Fig. B) riutilizzando le 2 viti (8, Fig.
B
B).
10) Fissare, sul retro del palo (1, Fig. B), la protezione in lamiera
(11, Fig. B) utilizzando le 2 viti autofilettanti (12, Fig. B).
ATTENZIONE: Se lo smontagomme è dotato di dispositivi di
gonfiaggio GP o GE proseguire con il montaggio del serbatoio
e dell'unità di gonfiaggio come descritto sul relativo manuale
al paragrafo "INSTALLAZIONE".

For tyre changer packed in wooden box is necessary:
1) Prepare the following tools:
1 - Hex spanner 12
1 - Hex spanner 13
1 - Hex spanner 17
1 - Socket spanner 8
1 - Electric drill
1 - Concrete drill bit diam. 13 long
4 - Metal expansion screw anchors 13x50
4 - M8x50 anchor screws.
2) Place the tower (1, Fig. B) in its seating on the cabinet (2, Fig.
B). Push the air hose (3, Fig. B) through the larger round hole
(See Fig. B).
3) Insert pin (13, Fig. B) through the tower as shown in Fig. B and
fasten it with screws (14, Fig. B). Don't forget the washers (15,
Fig. B).
4) Using the screw (17, Fig. B) tighten with the self-locking nut
(16, Fig. B) to connect the pin (18, Fig. B) of the vertical post
tilting cylinder (1, Fig. B).
5) Remove the two screws (4, Fig. B) from the left side panel (6,
Fig. B) and remove it. Connect the air hose (3, Fig. B) from the
tower to the "T" connector (5, Fig. B).
6) Replace the side panel (6, Fig. B) and fasten with its screws
(4, Fig. B).
7) Remove the lubricator (7, Fig. B) by removing its two screws
(8, Fig. B).
8) Install the plastic guard and fix it with the four self-tapping
screws (10, Fig. B).
9) Replace the lubricator (7, Fig. B) using its two screws (8, Fig.
B).
10) Fix the metal sheeting guard (11, Fig. B) to the back of the
tower (1, Fig. B) using the two self-tapping screws (12, Fig. B).
ATTENTION: If the tyre changer is equipped with GP or GE inflat-
ing device mount the tank and the inflating unit as described
in the respective manual at the paragraph "INSTALLATION".
