ALLACCIAMENTO ELETTRICO

Prima di effettuare qualsiasi collegamento elettrico controlla-

re attentamente che la tensione di rete corrisponda a quella
riportato sul cartellino voltaggio (posizionato sul cavo di ali-
mentazione dello smontagomme).
E' assolutamente obbligatorio che l'impianto sia corredato di
una buona rete di terra.
La macchina deve essere collegata ad interruttore automati-

co di alimentazione (differenziale) tarato a 30 mA.
Leggere sull' apposita targhetta dati, situata sul retro dello
smontagomme, l'assorbimento richiesto e verificare se la rete
elettrica in questione è sufficientemente dimensionata.
Interventi sull'impianto elettrico, anche di
lieve entità, richiedono l'opera di
personale professionalmente qualificato.
Ogni danno derivante dalla mancata osservanza delle sud-
dette indicazioni non sarà addebitabile al costruttore e com-

porterà la decadenza delle condizioni di garanzia.
ATTENZIONE!
Durante le operazioni tenere le mani e le altre parti
del corpo il più lontano possibile dalle parti
in movimento. Collane, braccialetti, abiti

non aderenti, possono costituire pericolo
per chi opera.

A
I comandi operativi dello smontagomme S 419 sono:
La maniglia di comando (9, Fig. A): consente il bloccaggio e lo
sbloccaggio del braccio orizzontale (11, Fig. A) e di quello verti-
cale (10, Fig. A) con l' automatico distanziamento della torretta
dal bordo del cerchio.
Il pedale di ribaltamento (7, Fig. A): consente di ribaltare il palo
(8, Fig. A) in posizione di " fuori lavoro " e di riportarlo in posizione
di " lavoro ".
Il pedale autocentrante (5, Fig. A): consente la chiusura e l'aper-
tura delle griffe (6, Fig. A) dell'autocentrante (2, Fig. A).
Il pedale stallonatore (3, Fig. A): consente l'azionamento della
paletta di stallonatura (14, Fig. A).
Il pedale di rotazione (1, Fig. A): consente la rotazione
dell'autocentrante nei (2, Fig. A) due sensi.
ATTENZIONE: Nel caso di smontagomme in versione GP o GE
consultare l'apposito manuale per l'identificazione dei comandi
relativi ai dispositivi in questione.
IDENTIFICAZIONE COMANDI
ELECTRIC HOOK UP
7.3
Before making any electric hook up, check to be certain that
the mains voltage corresponds to what is stamped on the volt-
age tag (attached on the feeding cable of the tyre changer).
It is absolutely essential that the system is equipped with a
good grounding circuit.
The machine must be connected to a power supply line circuit
breaker set for 30mA.
Note the required power draw as highlighted on the tag-
plate fixed to the back of the tyre changer. Check to make
sure the shop electric wiring circuit is dimensioned sufficiently
to carry this.
Work on the electric system, even if minor,
must be done exclusively by
professionally qualified personnel.
Manufacturer shall not be liable for any injury to persons or
damage to things caused by failure to comply with these regu-
lations and can cancel warranty coverage.
WARNING!
During all operations, keep hands and other parts
of the body as far as possible from moving
parts of the machine. Necklaces, bracelets
and too large clothes, can be dangerous
for the operator.

IDENTIFYING CONTROLS
Operating controls of the S 419 tyre changer:
The control handle (9, Fig. A): locks and unlocks both the hori-
zontal (11, Fig. A) and vertical (10, Fig. A) arm and automati-
cally spaces the mounting head from the edge of the rim.
The tilt back pedal (7, Fig. A): allows the post (8, Fig. A) to tilt
back bringing it to non-working position and to then again to
working position.
Turntable pedal (5, Fig. A) : open and closes the turntable
clamps (6, Fig. A) - (2, Fig. A).
The bead breaking pedal (3, Fig. A) : operatesthe bead-break-
ing blade (14, Fig. A).
The reverse pedal (1, Fig. A) : rotates the turntable (2, Fig. A)
clock-wise and anticlock-wise.
ATTENTION: When working with tyre changer in GP or GE ver-
sion, see the GP and GE instruction manual to identifying of
these control devices.
