Tenere le mani e le altre parti del

dalla torretta
l'autocentrante è in fase di
rotazione per evitare rischi
di schiacciamento.

NOTA: Se il tallone del pneumatico, in gomme partico-
larmente "dure", tende a scendere dalla torretta, prima
di ruotare l'autocentrante in senso orario farlo ruotare per
alcuni centimetri in senso antiorario, mantenendo la leva
(17, Fig. A) in posizione come da fig. E.
4) Se il pneumatico ne é provvisto, togliere la camera d'aria.
5) Procedere come al punto 3 anche per il tallone inferiore

6) Premere il pedale (7, Fig. A) in modo che il palo (8, Fig. A) si
ribalti in posizione di fuori lavoro. Togliere il pneumatico dal
cerchio.

CONTROLLO PNEUMATICO E CERCHIO

ATTENZIONE: Questo controllo è importantissimo per evi-
tare rischi di scoppio del pneumatico nella sucessiva
fase di tallonatura e gonfiaggio!
Prima di iniziare l'operazione di montaggio controllare
che:
- sia visivamente che al tatto il pneumatico non presenti
difetti e la tela non risulti danneggiata. Se si riscontrano
difetti NON montare il pneumatico
- il cerchio non presenti ammaccature e/o deformazioni.

To prevent industrial accidents,
keep hands and other parts of
the body as far from the tool
arm as possible when the
table top is turning.
Note: If the bead rubber is particularly hard and stiff, it
will tend to slip off the mount/demount tool. To prevent
this, before turning the table top clockwise, rotate it anti-
clockwise for a couple of centimeters while holding the
bead lifting tool (17, Fig. A) as shown in Fig. E.
4) Remove the inner tube if the tyre has one.
5) Repeat the procedure described in point 3 to demount
the lower bead.
6) Depress pedal (7, Fig. A). The tower (8, Fig. A) will tilt back-
wards to its non-working position.Remove the tyre from the rim.

CHECKING TYRE AND RIM
WARNING: This checking of tyre and rim is of the utmost
importance to prevent the tyre from bursting during bead
seating and inflating operations!
Before beginning mounting operations make sure that:
- the tyre is not damage and the cord fabric is not
damaged. If you note defects DO NOT mount the tyre.
- the rim is without dents and is not warped.
