Assigning Wall Transmitter and Sunshade/Awning Drive

To be able to operate the radio-controlled drive its transmitter (TouchControl)
must be assigned to it:
1. Wire the radio-frequency controlled drive up to the 230 V AC mains:
green/yellow
Black
Brown
brown
Blue
Yellow/green
2. Switch on the 230 V fuse or plug in (plug must be earthed).
3. Within 2 minutes after connecting up to the mains, press the RETRACT and
EXTEND buttons on the transmitter simultaneously (Fig. 10).
4. The drive acknowledges the programming with a double click.
The radio-controlled drive can now be operated. If a movement command
is discontinued by an opposite command, the drive is reversed. To stop the
drive press the wide stop button.
Setting the End Limits
5. Move to the outer position required and stop by pressing the STOP button.
6. Remove the cover from the TouchControl (Fig. 11) and set the DIP switch 1-
7 to OFF and DIP switch 8 to ON (Fig. 12).

7. Press the RETRACT and EXTEND buttons simultaneously for approx. 6-7

seconds (Fig. 13) until the radio-controlled drive acknowledges with a sin-
gle click that the end limit has been programmed. If the drive clicks twice,

an end limit which was already programmed has now been cancelled. Re-
peat step 7.
8. Set DIP switch 8 to Off (Fig. 14) and fit the cover.
9. Close the sunshade/awning until the drive switches off on its own.
Proceed as follows:
If fitted on the right: press EXTEND button.

If fitted on the left: press RETRACT button.

The end limits are now programmed. To re-programme them repeat as of step
5.

The distance between the mains supply line and TouchControl
should be at least 80 cm.

Note
The MANUAL/AUTO slide switch has no function in conjunction
with a sunshade/awning drive in Series SF or SF+.
