Tension of the toothed belt in the drive unit
The lifetime of the bearings within the drive unit depends largely on the correct tension of both toothed belts.
Checking the belt tension

These can be ordered under numbers 0602-330-1 and 0602-330-2.
1st gear reduction motor - intermediate shaft
Press the long tensiometer onto both pulleys.
Correct tension: the red ring is just above the sleeve
2nd gear reduction intermediate shaft - output shaft

Insert the short tensiometer beneath the supports (74) and press it onto both pulleys.
Correct tension: the red ring is just above the sleeve.
