- Pos 36:
Sliding nut with hexagon head cap screw M10 x 20 and washer. Fig. 11
- Pos. 37: Halfen screw with washer and nut M10. Fig. 11
- Loosely screw the screws (36) / the Halfen screw (37) onto the drive unit; the arrangement depends on the belt
exit.
Note:
The belt stretching angle (35) Fig. 11, Fig. 12, must always be clamped on the side where
no belt is passing.
- Push the drive unit (21) from one side into the mounted Halfen frame (13). Fig. 11
- Place the U-shaped profile (38) on the Halfen frame (13). Mount the tension screw (39) with the securing nut (40).

- Align the drive unit with regard to the guide bearing and tighten the screws (36). Fig. 11

Mounting the guide bearing

- Prepare the guide bearing (16). Remove the hand guard (41) after unscrewing the flat head screw (42).
- Using two hexagon head cap screws M10 x 25 and the dowels, fasten the guide bearing (16) to the ceiling. Fig. 13
