- Using the lateral hexagon countersunk bolts with double nip (68), firmly assemble the chain drive systems (23)
with the synchronizing head (67).
- On both sides above the double pinion, push the covering (70) below the hexagon countersunk bolts with double
nip (69) and tighten the screw. Fig. 25

Mounting the drive unit

- Loosely mount the suspension angle (71) to the ceiling.
- Insert the sliding nuts into the outer extremity of the aluminium profile (23), making sure that their spacing
corresponds to the distance between the suspension angles (71).
- Lift the chain drive system (23) in front and fasten it to the suspension angle (71) at the borehole (61) by means
of the screws. Fig. 26.
Attention:
Do not damage the drive unit (21).

* Additional suspension if measure B exceeds 3'500 mm
- Lift the drive unit (21) and loosely fasten it to the rear suspension angles (71) at the borehole (63).
- Push the drive unit (21) to the correct position, i.e. when the door is closed the drawbar can be mounted within
the sliding carriage (in the dead center lock position).
- After the drive unit (21) has been correctly aligned and the drawbar been mounted, mark the borehole (64); to
facilitate the drilling the drive unit (21) can be shifted; then mount the fixing angles (71). Fig. 26
- Tighten all the screws used for fastening the drive unit. If the drive unit is used for a door whose travelling distance
exceeds 3'500 mm, mount an additional suspension and fasten the chain drive unit to the latter.
Attention:
The drive unit must be mounted parallel to the door (maximum admissible tolerance +/-20
mm). Mount the drive unit as low as possible. The maximum admissible deviation of the
drawbar from the horizontal position is 15°.
