TAKE PARTICULAR CARE TO ORIENTATE OIL FURNACE AS PER DIAGRAMS FOR LEFT AND RIGHT
HAND RA. THE OIL FURNACE COMBUSTION CHAMBER AND HEAT EXCHANGER WAS DESIGNED
AND TESTED FOR THE EXCHANGER SECTION OF THE ASSEMBLY TO FACE THE AIR STREAM
COMING FROM THE BLOWER MODULE. INCORRECTLY ASSEMBLED OIL FURNACE COMPONENTS
CAN RESULT IN POOR PERFORMANCE AS WELL AS COMPONENT AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
NOTE:
○
Depending upon the orientation of the combustion chamber/heat exchanger, the levelling bolts may need
to be moved so that they are on the underside of the assembly. Levelling bolts have to be screwed in fully
to install the oil furnace into the lower cavity of the HMF150.
○
The rear levelling bolt inside the cavity can be unscrewed until centre of the fl ue is aligned with the centre
of the oil fl ue opening. Push the oil combustion chamber/heat exchanger into the cavity until the fl ue pipe
protrudes through the opening of the rear furnace panel.
STEP #13
○
Adjust front levelling bolt (burner end of furnace), so that the mounting fl ange and bolts align with fl ange
pattern on new bottom front panel (supplied) with HMFK-OFRF40, HMFK-OFAFG module kits in both left
and right hand RA versions.
