The oil level must weekly be controlled. At possible pollution it could be
necessary that the oil must be changed frequently!

Transmission belts

Check daily the tension, functioning and possible faults of the V- belt (see
below). If the V- belt is too loose it will slide on the belt pulleys, get hot, and be
destroyed! Only check and retighten the belts if they are cold! When replacing
the belts, always replace all belts at the same time.

Battery

Check the battery on good connections / possible wear and whether the battery
needs to be recharged. If the idling battery voltage drops below: 12.6 V (or if
stored / not used during 6 months), this must be recharged. This can happen by
means of a trickle charger, standard charger or workhouse charger. Reloading
need to be done by a qualified technician.
Caution: Ventilate sufficiently when reloading battery,
avoid risk of sparks (no smoking), care for a good
electrical connection of the charger & the battery!

Malfunction table

At a possible malfunction one can consult the table mentioned below and if you
obtain on this basis no solution, we advise to contact a DiBO technician and/or
a recognized DiBO representative.
CAUSE
• Key-contact 'off'
• Battery power is too low
• Main switch on "0"
• Starting motor doesn't work
• Not enough oil in the motor casing
• Rest malfunctions
• To few water inlet
• Filter stuffed-up
• Air in water supply (leaks in water
supply)
• Nozzle or lance stuffed-up or worn-
out.
• Pressure regulator defect
• Rest malfunctions
• No fuel
• Not adjusted fuel used
• Burner temperature is set too low
• Rest malfunctions
• Net fuse defect
• Main switch not on position "2"
• Electrical motor defective
• Fault vacuum pump
• Rest malfunctions

SOLUTION
• Put key-contact in position 'on'
• Charge the battery or replace if
defect
• Put main switch on "1"
• Consult an expert
• Fill up the oil level
• Consult an expert
• Repair water inlet
• Clean/replace filter cartridge
• Put machine completely without
power! Repair leaks in supply.
• Clean or replace
