Operating instructions
Accessories (optional)
– Collecting tank
– Sweeping apron
– Snow blade

Sweeping dirt with collecting
tank
Note
See separate installation instruc-
tions for installing the collecting tank.
Attention!
The unit may be damaged if it runs
over kerbs or other obstacles.
Work carefully. Obstacles, such
as kerbs, can be negotiated by
depressing the steering handles.
The sweeping machine is lifted
off the ground. Do not negotiate
obstacles with a full collecting tank.
Attachment
Fig. 4a
Remove split pins from both recei-
ving pins.
Place collecting tank from the front
onto the top of the receiving pins
and secure with the split pins
on each side in the lowest hole.
Emptying collecting tank
Drive sweeping machine
to the disposal point.
Remove split pins from both
receiving pins
Detach collecting tank upwards
from the receiving pins and empty
Put collecting tank back on the
receiving pins and secure with
the split pins.
Removal
Remove split pins, depending
on the installation position, from
both receiving pins.
Detach collecting tank upwards
from the receiving pins.
Insert split pins, depending on the
installation position, into both
receiving pins.
Moving the collecting tank
Fig. 4b
This step is required if, after moving
the support wheels of the unit (see
"Setting the sweeping brush"), the
distance between the rubber strip
of the collecting tank and the ground
is too low (<5 mm).
Remove split pins from both
receiving pins
Detach collecting tank upwards
from the receiving pins.
Insert split pins into the lowest
holes of the receiving pins.
Place collecting tank from the front
onto the top of the receiving pins
until it is positioned on the split
pins.
Note
This ensures that the rubber strip (1)
does not brush over the ground
(minimum distance 5 mm).
As the sweeping brushes continue
to wear and the rubber strip (1)
threatens to touch the ground, the
collecting tank must be gradually
(always one more hole upwards)
moved on the receiving pins.
Secure collecting tank with the
2 additional split pins (collecting
tank scope of delivery) by fixing
them in the top hole of both
receiving pins.
Sweeping dirt with
the sweeping apron
Note
See separate installation instruc-
tions for installing the sweeping
apron. When sweeping dry refuse,
the sweeping apron prevents dust
from being swirled up and stones
from being ejected.

tions for installing the snow blade.

Setting the working height
Fig. 7
Depending on the ground,
the working height can be set via
the skids. If the ground is uneven,
e.g. due to a gravel surface or raised
manhole covers, a greater working
height is required.
Loosen lock nut.
Move skid.
Retighten lock nut.
Set the other skid to the same
height.
Note
Always adjust both skids equally.
