10. Troubleshooting
Only authorized personnel are permitted to perform repairs. Do not
attempt to open or repair your device. You may exposure yourself to
dangerous electrical components and cause serious harm to yourself. It
will also void the warranty.
Problem
My device does not
start.
I can't feel the electro
stimulation or the EMS
level seems too low.
I can't change the EMS
level.
The indicator lights are
on all the time.

Checks
Make sure that:

the treatment unit/s are charged.

you have pressed the control button to turn them on.
y
the operating light is blinking.
Check that:
y
the electrode pad/s are wet.
y
the treatment unit/s are in good contact with the skin
and
y
the belt is fixed securely to your body.
Check that the treatment unit/s are charged.
