Serial Option Board

2.7.9.1.

Connections

The Serial option board provides an extra COM port. The card can be placed in slots 2 to 6 on the
main PCB. The board is shown in Figure 2-85, and connector pin assignments in Figure 2-86.
Port connector assignments for this board are shown in Figure 2-87, and termination for RS232,
RS422 and RS485 in Table 2-18.
