Switching on appliance

. Switch on the appliance using the rotary switch and set the required temperature (scale 1-10).
● The indicator lights light up.
● The yellow indicator light goes off when the temperature set is attained.
4.3 Inserting the Gastronorm container
. Place food in the Gastronorm containers and insert the containers in the tank.
. Close the Gastronorm containers with lids.
● Covering the Gastronorm containers
− prevents the food from drying out and
− reduces energy consumption.
5.

Completion of operation

. Turn rotary switch to the 0 position.
● The indicator lights go out.
. Clean the appliance - see the following 6. "Cleaning and Care" chapter.
. Switch off the electric main switch upstream of the appliance, or disconnect the mains plug.
CAUTION! Hot water, hot surfaces, hot objects!
Risk of burning!
. Wear waterproof protective gloves!
. Exercise appropriate caution!
