Cleaning the appliance
. Empty the pan.
. Pour in clear water and add rinsing agent.
. Use a cleaning brush to clean the tank.
● Observe the cleaning instructions provided by the detergent manufacturer when using limescale
dissolving detergents!
. Remove limescale deposit using acetic acid solution:
− Fill the tank with a vinegar solution so that all the limescale is covered.
− Allow the vinegar solution to briefly boil and to act for about 15 to 30 minutes, depending on
the limescale deposits.
− Drain the cleaning vinegar into a storage container. The vinegar solution can be used
repeatedly to remove limescale.
− Remove the remains from the pan.
. Empty and clean the Gastronorm containers.
. Rinse the cleaned surfaces thoroughly with water and rub them dry.
. Clean stainless steel surfaces with grease-dissolving cleaner or a special stainless steel cleaner.
. Close drain tap.
CAUTION! Hot water, hot surfaces, hot objects!
Risk of burning!
. Wear waterproof protective gloves!
. Exercise appropriate caution!

CAUTION! The tank can be damaged by over
heating! For this reason, always switch the appli
ance off before draining it.
. Turn off appliance and let it cool down.
. Remove the container and trivet from the tank.
. put a temperature resistant container with a
sufficient capacity under the drain outlet.
. 1. Lift the lever, 2. Open the drain tap by turn
ing anticlockwise.
. Supervise the emptying procedure.
